Just an FYI. 85% of the time I drink water, but there are those times when I am really craving something cold and yummy. A Peachtree Lemonade or a Vitamin Water usually does the trick. However, today, I got two of the above types of Vitamin Water after my hike, the 'Multi-V' one, and fell ill for a bit. I drank one, and then as I was opening the other above, I started to feel terribly, terribly nauseous. I then threw up. Here's why. There is Zinc in the Multi-V version, and ALOT of vitamin C. When you combine Zinc with Vitamin C and you put that into your system on an empty stomache, you are in trouble. Zinc can be extremely toxic without other nutrients in the body to absorb it's strength.Just a warning to any of you that like this water as well.
